Fed up working for regular law firms with ever increasing caseloads and overbearing financially driven expectations which ultimately have a detrimental impact on the service provided to clients, I decided to enter the world of consultancy to be the owner of my own destiny and to dedicate myself to enhancing clients’ experiences, thus forming KGTR.
With 20 years’ experience in the field, I began my career as an office junior, before working as a secretary, a legal assistant, a senior legal assistant, and finally a conveyancer. Although possessing a broad range of experience in all related transactions across the entire conveyancing industry, I specialise in new build and shared ownership transactions. Prior to making the move to consultancy, I had been Head of New build and Shared ownership departments over the last 5 years with two reputable high street solicitors.
I believe that my clients are extremely varied and I enjoy getting to know people’s unique, individual situations. I pride myself on open, honest dialogue with my clients and set realistic expectations with no hidden agendas. Personal touch and engaging with clients in a friendly, yet professional manner is a value that I believes is fundamental both in life and as the best way to build trust and to support individuals with such an important life milestone.
